Topic 3 Techniques to foster creativity

  1. Brainstorming: is a group problem-solving method that involves the spontaneous contribution of creative ideas and solutions. It is important that there is a moderator, that the time is limited and that the objective is defined.
  2. PNI: this technique is useful in the incubation stage when the ideas have already been defined, to focus the line of work. The objective is to define the Positive, Negative or Interesting points of each of the proposals.
  3. 4x4x4: this technique is used to create and select ideas. It is carried out in three stages, the first one individually the participants create a list of 4 ideas on the topic, in the second stage in pairs 4 ideas are chosen from all of them, in the last stage 4 ideas are selected from all the proposals.
